I walked today. Im trying to avoid surgery on my knees and the running is making me nervous.
I'll still keep following the plan but just with running alternatives. I plan on doing a HIIT on FitXR later and of course body weight and abs at boxing tonight
I’ll be at gym today . Finally back in town ! Gonna run before conditioning class . Also have you watched knees over toes guy ? He is a YouTuber and has some different movements and exercises for knee pain . You should look into it !
