· 10 Min Jump Rope

· 3 Min Side shuffles

· 1 Min Jumping Jacks

· 3 Mins Jog for 30 seconds, high knees for 30 seconds, heels to butt for 30 seconds, Hands above head for 30 seconds repeat till bell

· 1 Min Ski Hops

· 3 Mins Shadow box

· 1 Min Burpees

· 3 Mins Just jabs, singles, doubles and triples

· 1 Min Squats

· 3 Mins Outsider (outside fighting)

· 1 Min Mountain climbers

· 3 Min Insider (Inside Fighting)

· 1 Min Lunges

· 3 Min In and out (Inside and outside)

· 1 Min Push ups

· 3 Min Pyramids

· 1 Min Burpees

· 3 Min Boxers 8 count

· 1 Min Mountain climbers

· 3 Min Shadow box

· 10 Min Abs
