Workout #2

The Basic




· 3 x 2 min rounds of Jump Rope

· Rest 1 min between rounds




· Side shuffle for 2 mins

· Rest 1 min




· Boxers fight walk 2 mins

· Rest 1 min





· 6x2 min rounds on heavy bags (or air box if you have no equipment)


· Rest 1 min between rounds






· 10 min abs






Jump rope routine suggestion

· Double feet 4 jumps

· L foot forwards 4 jumps

· R foot forwards 4 jumps

· Switch foot L&R foot 4 jumps


Side Shuffle Variation

· Shuffle to the left for a 3 count

· Double jab forwards

· Step backwards

· Shuffle to the right for a 3 count

· Double jab forwards

· Step backwards

· Repeat for 2 mins


Boxers fight walk instructions

Choose From

· Walk forward in fight stance without throwing punches

· Walk forward throwing jabs

· Walk forward for 2 jabs then stop and pivot cross
