· 2 Mins Head Hunting (head shots only)
· 1 Min Body Killer (Body Punches only)
· 2 Min Outsider
· 1 Min Insider
· 2 Min Beat Punching (break up the rhythm of your combos)
· 1 Min Walk the Plank
· 2 Min In and Out
· 1 Min Frankenstein Walk
· 2 Min Beat Punching (break up the rhythm of your combo)
· 1 Min Spider Walks
· 2 Min High-low Plank
