· 2 Min 3 Punch Combos

· 1 Min 4 Punch Combos

· 2 Min 6 Punch Combos

· 1 Min Push Ups

· 2 Mins Head Hunting (head shots only)

· 1 Min Body Killer (Body Punches only)

· 2 Min Outsider

· 1 Min Insider

· 2 Min Beat Punching (break up the rhythm of your combos)

· 1 Min Walk the Plank

· 2 Min In and Out

· 1 Min Frankenstein Walk

· 2 Min Beat Punching (break up the rhythm of your combo)

· 1 Min Spider Walks

· 2 Min High-low Plank

· 1 Min Zombie Squats

· 2 Min Speed and Volume

· 1 Min Bunny Hops

· 2 Min Shadow Box

· 1 Min Bear Crawls

Finish With 3 sets Of

· 15 Sit Ups – 30 Crunches – 15 Push Ups
